I enjoyed the complimentary Bentley trip. It added a unique touch. The staff were helpful, even with parking. Breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the range of options. The location allowed easy exploration of the historic sites!
The room I stayed in seemed a bit dated. Some modernization would really enhance the experience.

underwhelming experience

The location was acceptable. It is close to points of interest.
i found the bar service to be rude, which really soured my evening. the barman was dismissive when i inquired about a beer and even poured it without asking. i expect better service from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
