The hotel's architecture really caught my eye. It was quite unique! the staff were always ready to assist and were very polite. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants. groceries and shopping areas are also just steps away. it made everything easier.

it kept stopping at every floor. this made getting around very slow. i also found the breakfast area to be quite noisy. it felt very crowded.

I was excited about the wellness facilities, but the pool was too cold to properly enjoy. The shower had temperature fluctuations. It switched from hot to cold without warning which was unpleasant. Our room felt a bit bare, a stark contrast to the hotel's exterior. There were few amenities provided for a four-star hotel. We were surprised by the lack of shower caps or bottled toiletries.
