the staff was friendly it helped with directions
the air conditioning was very noisy it didn't work properly despite my complaints i received only a fan the fan had a timer switching off every hour this made sleeping very difficult i had to keep waking up to reset it

The location is very convenient for accessing popular tourist spots. I found the stay quite peaceful. My room was large with big, comfortable beds. The neighborhood felt safe, and I noticed several cafes and supermarkets nearby.
During check-in, a staff member was not readily available. A little assistance would have been nice.

The reception personnel were helpful and accommodating. They assisted with local recommendations. The foh manager, bashar iswari, helped resolve a parking issue and gave us excellent local advice.

empty shower gelimpersonal check-in
The self check-in was a bit impersonal. there wasn't anyone to greet me, and i had to use a touch screen. i also noticed the soap dispenser in the room wasn't refilled, and the shower gel was nearly empty! that's disappointing, considering the price i paid. I expected more attention to detail. it reminded me of there was too much focus on being modern instead of providing a better customer experience. the staff could be more attentive
