The hotel bistro had a lovely all inclusive deal. I found it great. i enjoyed the swimming pool facilities. there was even a cinema showing despicable me 4 with only come out 3 days before. the room was super clean and it felt very comfortable

The check-in process took a while because there were long queues at the desk. Many rooms were not ready by 3:00 pm

the staff were helpful upon arrival and allowed us to use the shower facilities near the lobby while waiting. they also assisted with leaving luggage and arranging the airport shuttle. this made my early morning arrival less stressful.

The free shuttle to the airport made my early morning so much easier! the bistro offered a surprising variety of options, and i especially liked the handcrafted burger! late checkout was also very convenient. It only cost 10 euro per hour.

My room's layout made it tricky to move around, and i actually bumped my knee trying to get to the table. the wellness center seemed unmanned when i visited. I found it confusing to figure out where to leave my belongings. the 24/7 line promised a callback for food, but i never received it. i ended up going to sleep hungry.

Decent Stay With Some Issues

The check-in process was slow. I waited in line for over 25 minutes. The staff seemed to be working hard but the process still took a long time. The shower in the bathroom also had low water pressure. I expected better for a bathroom of this size it wasn't great.

I found the free shuttle service to the airport convenient. It ran every 30 minutes. I got upgraded to a lovely King Room! The restaurant buffet offered very good meals. The staff members were all respectful and helpful.

The hotel takes a 50 Euro deposit. I waited for what reminded me of a very long time before it got returned.

The hotel has a pool where I relaxed and a garden, perfect for taking pictures. A Boeing 747 is on display outside and I took a lot of pictures of it. I definitely recommend checking that out!!!
