decent stay, some issues

diversified selection kind staff spacious room extra charges limited variety food menu

the breakfast was very good. there was a diversified selection. the staff was super kind! they were always available. the room was spacious.

the room service had extra charges for every order at 7.5 euros. i found no variety of food. the hotel must keep a continental food selection. the indonesian food menu was the only option.

The hotel design featured a fine indoor garden. the breakfast offered a great variety. the staff members were polite and eager to help. i found the top-floor bar's view really good. It was perfect.

the room's cooling system did not perform well . the temperature in the room was quite high. this made it difficult to take an afternoon nap.

The hotel is next to the river. public transport is nearby for easy access to the city center. a bus stops in front of the hotel. It goes directly to the central station.

My superior room with a shower was spacious. it included robes, slippers, and tea and coffee making facilities. the king-size bed was very comfortable. I could enjoy soundproofing that really worked, and i barely heard other guests.
