The brassiere offered good food! I appreciated the lovely room decor, especially the bathrooms. Decor throughout the main areas of the hotel looked very nice too.
The reception cute upon arrival was unfortunately poor. The receptionist was so blunt, it verged on being rude! I went to reception five times to help find my room because I could not find the way.

Acceptable Stay with Some Shortcomings
slow clearinghigh temperature
The lack of daily room service was a letdown (a detail i find crucial). I did not expect this at all. the breakfast service could use improvement. Staff did not seem friendly, and clearing used dishes was slow. The ventilation system was set too high. I could not adjust the temperature.

the staff was consistently friendly (from reception to the restaurant). my room was clean and spacious. i found breakfast to be good and well-served with a nice variety of options. the thermal spa was great, a very relaxing experience i greatly appreciated.
parking proved difficult upon arrival. i had to park a considerable distance from the hotel.

The spa decor is modern and beautiful. Drinks can be ordered directly to the spa room (I took full advantage of this). The staff members were very friendly.
