Excellent Stay with Great Amenities

spacious room soundproofed room lovely sauna

The room was spacious. It had plenty of storage for luggage. I found everything needed for a short break. The hotel has a lovely pool area and a sauna. (I wish I had more time to spend there!). The rooms were completely soundproofed. I didn't hear noise from the busy road nearby.

The parking situation was a bit confusing because it was not clear where to park initially.

breakfast buffet on site parking unhelpful staff room upgrade

the breakfast buffet offered many choices everything was fresh. on site parking provided convenience i found it easy to come and go.

some staff were not helpful a passive aggressive response surprised me. the offer of a room upgrade was misleading i was not happy when it was not available.

wide variety great drinks excellent meals

I found the breakfast good with many choices available. The restaurant offered excellent meals. The menu had a wide variety of dishes. The bar staff made GREAT drinks.

The pillow choice was dreadful. Two small square pillows were very uncomfortable.

coffee facilities multiple channels free wifi air conditioning

THE room included tea and coffee facilities. The television offered multiple channels. I noticed fast, FREE wifi throughout the hotel. Air conditioning WORKED great.

The ice machine WAS on a different floor from my room.
