attentive staff soft bed nice meal poor cleanliness shattered window surprise charge
the hotel restaurant provided a very nice meal. the staff was attentive, which enhanced the experience. the room featured a big, soft bed, and it was comfortable.
The cleanliness was not adequate. I noticed an old band-aid near the bin. the double-glazed window was shattered, thus my view wasn't good at all.

blockout blinds transport links easy access
The room had full block out blinds. I slept BRILLIANTLY. Access to terminal 4 transport links made getting into london easy. I would stay here again.
The television would not work properly. It kept cutting out. I think the television was no good.

direct connection generous size fantastic silence
the hotel connects directly to terminal 4. walking was very easy. the room featured a generous size. the hotel gave me quiet so i could rest.
the room's carpet had a small stain.
