poor servicefirmer pillows
i phoned reception requesting firmer pillows. the staff said they would check on my request. they did not bother to come back to me. i found this very poor customer service. what is the point of placing a card on the bed encouraging guests to call if they need something if you just ignore them?

The reception staff were friendly. someone was available at reception around the clock which was reassuring when i arrived late after a wedding. parking was plentiful. This eased my arrival.
The bar area felt cold. a group occupied the space around the fire. They seemed to absorb all the heat. i did not want to sit in the dining room with families so i was left disappointed.

The staff offered excellent service , especially Stacey and the reception team. My hot stone body massage was wonderful and left me relaxed. Sharon, the therapist, applied perfect pressure. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. I especially appreciated the available EV charging.
I arranged for an early check-in, but had to wait a bit longer than expected for the room to be ready.

This hotel included convenient water and milk fountains at the corridor ends. I found this quite handy. breakfast provided a lovely start to the day. the staff across all areas were friendly and helpful, really adding to the positive experience i had.
The spa was more of a pool area than a full spa. I thought it lacked a proper atmosphere and the additional charge to use it wasn't justified, in my opinion.

Relaxing Spa Treatments and Attentive Staff

I experienced two spa treatments. Candice provided really good service during both my morning and afternoon sessions. Her facial was the best I have ever received, and her massage skills were excellent. The hotel's convenient location and available electric vehicle charging were bonuses for my stay.
My experience with arranging an early check-in was a bit rocky, I arrived slightly before the scheduled time, but the room wasn't quite ready yet. Other guests checking in after me seemed to get rooms faster, but the staff resolved it shortly before the official early check-in time.
