i found the front desk staff very helpful as i needed medication freezer packs kept in their freezer, and they assisted me. the lady who checked me in, whose name began with an a, was particularly helpful. the hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious for a european hotel, something i appreciated. the hotel layout was also easy to navigate (i didn't get lost once!).

the shuttle bus pick-up location at the airport could be better marked with a radisson sign to make it easier to find.

The hotel is very close to the airport! It makes catching early flights very convenient. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom shower design is not functional! Half of it is blocked by the shower door. It does not protect the floor from water spillage. There are no wall handles to ensure safety navigating in and out of the shower. This could pose a slip hazard
