I found the pre-arrival service quite thoughtful. They inquired about favourite colours and snacks. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The staff addressed us by name. Our suite had lovely flowers, champagne, snacks, and a personal note from the General Manager. It was a really nice touch.

The restaurant lacked a dedicated quiet area. It was a bit noisy during peak hours.

This is a luxurious and friendly hotel. I had two connecting rooms. They were well-equipped and of a good size. The bathroom was fantastic with both a bath and shower. All staff ensured my grandson had a great experience, and the children's pool was a highlight for him.

I found the openness of the bar and dining area disappointing. I missed the opportunity for a snug and private bar area. The dining room seemed large and noisy.
