Really good Experience!

thoughtful service warm welcome lovely flowers

I found the pre-arrival service quite thoughtful. They inquired about favourite colours and snacks. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. The staff addressed us by name. Our suite had lovely flowers, champagne, snacks, and a personal note from the General Manager. It was a really nice touch.

The restaurant lacked a dedicated quiet area. It was a bit noisy during peak hours.

The grounds were beautiful. Perfect for a relaxing stroll! The heated indoor pool was a BIG hit with the family. My mews room offered plenty of space for us all, and the staff was helpful arranging activities. I also enjoyed the convenience of swift service via the app.

The outdoor space near the bar had some uncomfortable iron chairs. It needed updating.

the room was so spacious, and everything felt luxurious. the hotel's grounds are fine. I enjoyed walking around. i also loved the service. staff members are kind and attentive.

the wild carrot restaurant was a bit noisy . i found the pizza at la terressa just okay. the advertised activities such as archery cost extra, and i thought it was a bit high. i would have loved to try them.

The flowers decorating the suite matched my favorite colors. we found champagne and snacks upon arrival. A personal note from the general manager accompanied them. the outdoor vitality pool provided a unique spa experience, even in the rain.

Valet parking was available and efficient.

The restaurant was noisy because of many children. I requested a quiet table, but that did not happen. Food quality was substandard, and truffle was not listed as an ingredient in a dish. This oversight caused a problem.

Really good Hotel for Families

luxurious hotel well-equipped rooms great experience

This is a luxurious and friendly hotel. I had two connecting rooms. They were well-equipped and of a good size. The bathroom was fantastic with both a bath and shower. All staff ensured my grandson had a great experience, and the children's pool was a highlight for him.

I found the openness of the bar and dining area disappointing. I missed the opportunity for a snug and private bar area. The dining room seemed large and noisy.
