warm greetingspacious roomfriendly staff
the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. i appreciated the clean, spacious room and modern design. i found the bar staff to be friendly and the food was very good (the cakes were excellent!).
the location is a bit far from the underground, so bus travel is essential.

The room had a large window and the space was very clean. My room and the bathroom were spacious. The fridge and kettle were welcome additions. I found the breakfast excellent with many options available.
The staff should be more attentive, and they appear untrained in hospitality.

The hotel offered secure parking at a good rate, so I found that useful. A gym room was available with modern equipment, and its spa services added relaxation.

mixed feelings about this hotel
inconsistent pressureworn carpets
The room felt cramped despite supposedly being a "superior double room". i struggled to adjust the room temperature. It was either too hot or too cold no in-between. the shower had very inconsistent water pressure it fluctuated wildly. sometimes the breakfast buffet seemed picked over with limited options. finally the hallway carpets looked worn i noticed several stains
