location was convenient. walking distance to the terminal was really helpful.

the noise from outside was disruptive. i could hear planes taking off and landing throughout the night. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. i was really frustrated by this issue.

The staff demonstrated politeness at check-in.

The air conditioning did not function. I contacted the front desk, but they insisted all systems operated correctly. I experienced a very warm room. I did not rest prior to a long journey.
