i appreciated the cleanliness and high standard of the room. the restaurant looked beautiful. the staff was wonderful. the spa seemed lovely. the receptionist provided polite and helpful answers whenever i had questions.

the hotel area was quite busy. the club across the street played very loud music late into the night. this disturbance made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs.

the room i had faced a very noisy street. noise from the trams ran late into the night and started early. it definitely disrupted my sleep. the mini bar was not properly stocked it had very few options i expected more from a hotel of this category.

The location was excellent, very central (i liked how close it was to everything). the room was clean and well-kept. breakfast had a good variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit.

the noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially at night. the room service menu felt overpriced for what was offered. the minibar wasn't very cold which was a bit disappointing.
