excellent stay!!!

room cleanliness beautiful restaurant helpful receptionist

i appreciated the cleanliness and high standard of the room. the restaurant looked beautiful. the staff was wonderful. the spa seemed lovely. the receptionist provided polite and helpful answers whenever i had questions.

the hotel area was quite busy. the club across the street played very loud music late into the night. this disturbance made it difficult to sleep, even with earplugs.

noisy street understocked minibar

the room i had faced a very noisy street. noise from the trams ran late into the night and started early. it definitely disrupted my sleep. the mini bar was not properly stocked it had very few options i expected more from a hotel of this category.

the room was very convenient to major locations and trams. it was an easy walk to the shops. the staff were very helpful and accommodating! the hotel is close to main attractions.

the modern design in the rooms seemed impractical. the shower leaked into the room.

the room was big and clean. the shower room included nice features. the front desk staff members were kind and helpful.

noise from the streets disturbed my sleep. trams passed by frequently. i also noticed the absence of available parking near the premises.

The location was excellent, very central (i liked how close it was to everything). the room was clean and well-kept. breakfast had a good variety. I especially liked the fresh fruit.

the noise from the street was quite noticeable, especially at night. the room service menu felt overpriced for what was offered. the minibar wasn't very cold which was a bit disappointing.
