the front desk staff were very attentive when i arrived after traveling a long while. they upgraded my room, and it was quite charming! i also found complimentary prosecco, chocolates, and fresh fruit there. the location proves convenient, especially if this is your first visit to this city.

The evening was very noisy. The rooms were quite warm even with the air conditioning set to its coolest setting. they charged ten chf per person for bringing my luggage across the street to the train station. this seems more expensive than a short taxi ride.

the breakfast was great so much to choose from and the location was acceptable across from the main station and surrounded by shopping options

the room was quite warm even with the air conditioning set to the coolest temperature i was not comfortable at all they charged 10chf per person for luggage transport this fee seemed excessive and unnecessary it was like they were nickel and diming guests the overall experience was not worth the cost

the hotel's location worked really well for me. it is right next to the train station and that was the main reason i picked it. their breakfast tasted good. i noticed all the staff are very polite.

i experienced noise in the evening. my room felt warm despite the air conditioning was on the coolest settings. i think they need to address this.
