The room i got was pretty small. It was hard for two people to move around the bed at the same time. also, it took ages for the shower water to get to the right temperature.. i wasted a lot of water waiting. the lobby felt boring and dull. A small cafe there would improve the atmosphere. i wasn't thrilled with my stay.

the staff guided us to various attractions within the city. the hotel has a central and convenient location. Customer service WAS excellent.

i noticed that the WiFi was quite slow. it was unreliable and practically unusable. i found that the pillows flattened almost completely.

the location was central, easy to explore. the staff provided a wheelchair after i injured my knee skiing. a lake view room was found so i could enjoy my stay better.

One of the rooms had a non-functioning lock. A guest slept with an unlocked door. the air conditioning was poor, unacceptable for a hotel of this level. the wifi was slow and unreliable, forcing reliance on data plans.
