the staff was nice and breakfast was acceptable.

i was NOT satisfied with several aspects of my stay. the air conditioning was practically nonexistent. the fridge in my room was not working, and it took two complaints for them to fix IT. in addition, soap and shampoo were not replaced after THEY ran out, requiring another complaint at 1 am.
