We arrived after a breakdown. The hotel provided a comfortable stay. The bar and restaurant staff were wonderful and very accommodating. The breakfast service was particularly excellent. They handled my allergies well (i did appreciate that). I hope to return under happier circumstances.

The only downside was the dinner option. It was only a carvery. This setup might not suit everyone's preferences (it wasn't ideal for me).

I found the staff really friendly and helpful . The food stood out as first class, and my room felt very comfortable. I really liked the homely feeling of the whole place.

The room became too warm and I waited 25 minutes for warm water to come out of the shower. This delay made me late for my morning business meeting, very frustrating.

i had a wonderful stay the staff was very kind and helpful from the moment i arrived arthur gave me advice on getting to the hotel from the airport and made me feel very welcome my room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed the food was excellent and i particularly enjoyed the breakfast

the walls are thin and i could hear some noise from other rooms it was not too disruptive but something to be aware of

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. My room was big and it featured a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. It included many choices for both adults and kids. The hotel is close to the airport.

The dinner option was mainly a carvery. It was popular, but not my preferred kind of food.
