The hotel location was convenient. The room faced the inner courtyard and it was quiet. The check-in process was easy.

The customer service was not great. I tried to use a different card for the payment and the staff did not assist at all. They did not even try to find a solution. This was frustrating.

The room was very nice. it had a big window with lots of light. The bathroom was beautiful WITH a duckling. everything was spotlessly clean. breakfast was great and there was a warm welcome at reception.

unfortunately, the room was cold WHEN we arrived.

the room was clean with toiletries that added a luxurious touch! tea and coffee making facilities were available, with biscuits and chocolates provided. the hairdryer worked well, unlike some i've found in other accommodations.

The customer service had some issues. I tried to change the payment method to another card but the staff did not assist. the staff did not even attempt to help, frustrating! their lack of support put a slight damper on the stay.
