convenient stay

the family room was spacious. it had comfortable beds i appreciated. the building itself felt authentic with stone walls. staff sent a forgotten personal item back to Estonia very quickly. the duty manager niall deserves special thanks for that kindness.

the check-in is located at the bar and i waited about 15 minutes. it took a while for someone to come over and help. i think there could be a dedicated reception area arriving at the hotel.

The room was a good size. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Prices were also attractive. This added to the overall value. Breakfast was lovely and good value for money.
