Wonderful Wedding Stay

The staff showed genuine dedication. Jo, the wedding coordinator, was excellent. Her kindness and understanding helped us create our desired wedding. Kealy and Darcie were absolute stars.

I didn't catch the name of the helpful and friendly night porter.

Staff were pretty good. They were helpful and friendly in every interaction. Our wedding coordinator was amazing at her job. Robbie was very helpful on the day. I appreciated his attention.

the check in was not helpful they didn't listen to my request for adjacent rooms the rooms were on the ground floor so privacy was an issue with the windows open plus there was noise from the bar i didn't care for that

AMAZING experience at this hotel!

Our boys christening happened in the tara suite, i HIGHLY recommend it for any function. organizing beforehand was great, and the day itself went very smoothly. the food tasted delicious. All guests commented on the amazing food. friendly staff were attentive, ellie and katie looked after us well during the afternoon.

I felt the bar had a bad smell of body odour during lunch. A deep clean would help.

The room was super clean. It included a tv with several channels. i found fresh towels, and the bed had multiple pillows. HIGH quality furnishings were also evident.

EVERYONE was really helpful and nice, particularly the two ladies in the breakfast room. they gave a cheery smile while serving tasty food. they also offered guidance with local attractions.
