I really appreciated the helpful front desk staff. They were always available! the king bed in my room was super comfortable for a great night's sleep. the shower was also very inviting. I loved the water pressure. i thought the willows bar & restaurant was AMAZING!!!

i did notice that the pillows were a bit flat, but it honestly didn't detract too much from my overall experience.
