a decidedly average stay

bad sound isolation coffee machine

The location was acceptable. A shopping center was within walking distance.

The sound isolation was pretty bad. I could hear everything happening in the adjacent room. also, the breakfast situation was underwhelming. Both coffee machines were out of order more often than not, causing long queues.

the train station near the hotel allowed convenient trips to dublin. i found a big car park with free guest parking. i enjoyed food a lot. the underground parking felt very secure and offered easy access to the hotel.

my room, close to the lift, felt a little noisy.

friendly receptionist super clean rooms

The receptionist were very friendly both on arrival and departure. The bar service and food were also excellent. I definitely recommend it! The rooms were super clean and the beds were COMFY.

Good rooms, but some issues exist

extra pillows clean room pool facilities high cost

The room itself was very clean. I found extra pillows provided in the closet. The bar was also really good. Food tasted very good.

I find the lack of spa or pool facilities to be a letdown. Late check-out cost an pricey thirty euros. It felt unreasonable. Staff was not as helpful as I had expected.

The on-site parking was convenient.

The bathroom lacked cleanliness. Despite my complaint to the receptionist, the cleaning service was not provided. The receptionist was impolite. No apology was offered.
