vulgar language limited menu

Dinner was a letdown. I was sat next to two loud men. their language was vulgar and made it uncomfortable because my daughter was with me. the menu was also limited. one waiter apologized but blamed the seating arrangement.

loud party billing issues

My sleep was really disturbed because of a loud party. It went on until 2:30 AM. I think the hotel should manage noise levels better especially late at night. I was charged twice for my stay. I hope they sort out billing issues faster.

free space river walk whisky choice

The hotel parking had many free spaces with an entry code. The river walk from the hotel was nice. It winds its way back into town.. I enjoyed the whisky choice at the bar.

The tap system in the bedroom made it difficult to adjust to a good drinking water temperature. Bottled water would have been better.

spacious room heated area big screens sour milk breakfast request misleading information

The room was very spacious! it had a balcony, food was superb, and the outdoor area with heating plus big screens was a total win. a band played in the evening. What more could anyone ask for i wonder. the hotel is something!

I requested breakfast for 06:45 during check-in since i wanted to leave by 07:10. The receptionist definitely didn't understand. they told the morning staff we needed a take-away breakfast. That was never requested. the milk was sour when i tried to have cereal. It put me off. we had paid for b&b!
