i appreciated the prompt room change to a more accessible one as i experience sciatica. dinner in the garden room was delicious, and breakfast in the castle provided a beautiful setting.
i encountered some issues regarding blocked funds on my bank account without prior notice during check-in. the amount was not unblocked until a day after we came home, which raised concerns about trust.

i stayed in a double room. the breakfast included many choices and fresh ingredients. the grounds were very well kept with beautiful landscaped gardens. i also noted the availability of a shuttle to the k club.
the room doors made a bit of noise when opened or closed.

i appreciated that i was allocated a double room with a four poster bed. the room was very spacious and also very clean. breakfast was served in the castle itself. the beautiful setting enhanced my dining experience.
the receptionist i encountered upon my arrival seemed difficult to deal with. i found this surprising, especially since i was looking forward to resting after a long journey. i did expect a warmer welcome.

The reception area felt a little chaotic upon arrival. additionally, the soundproofing in my room was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway fairly easily. this made it difficult to fully relax at times.
