beautiful grounds traditional decor fluffy towels dusty bed poor breakfast unsuccessful facial

the grounds were beautiful! there was lots to do. the rooms were huge and had great traditional decor. the pool and sauna were great. fluffy towels and a bathrobe were provided.

The rooms could do with updating. Dust behind the bed was terrible. breakfast was very poor. It was poor considering the price of the stay. i had a facial. I would not go back for another.

I visited the bistro and the bar. Both were great. the staff was friendly and super helpful. the location was very relaxing. I enjoyed a peaceful night.

outdoor jacuzzi variety of places helpful staff sauna out lockers condition hairdryers absence

the outdoor jacuzzi offered a great experience. i also found the variety of dining options to be a strong point. the residency bar had lovely food. the staff were very helpful everywhere.

the sauna was not working during my spa visit. i saw maintenance work being done with men working. i received no apology offered for the sauna being out of order. i think that hairdryers and new lockers would also be a bonus.
