lovely stay
comfy bed great shower grill restaurant
the rooms faced the river. beds were super comfy as were the pillows. showers provide great pressure with plenty of hot water. the grill restaurant served wonderful food and the bangers and mash were the best.

i found the breakfast here quite affordable, costing only 23€. you could get whatever you wanted and return as many times as you liked. even though we were a big group, we received great care.

the staff are friendly. my son received tasty chocolate upon check-in because it was his birthday. the woman at breakfast was lovely.

water filling station breakfast selection helpful staff
The complimentary water in the room was a nice touch. i especially liked the convenient water filling station downstairs. the breakfast had a wide selection of choices. It was very nice. the staff was helpful and customer focused (ricardo made great recommendations).
The light switches were hard to find. They weren't near the lights. you had to enter the shower to turn it on. Hopefully, you don't turn on the cold water first.

The hotel lobby was excellent and clean, a good first impression. there was a gym. It seemed to have the essentials needed for a basic workout (i looked in but didn't use it).

Breakfast offered many choices, items were cooked fresh. i found the breakfast to be delicious and it came super fast. the breakfast waitstaff were excellent. They found a table for me without too much wait.

Check in was easy with friendly staff. I was grateful for an early check in. the staff were super friendly and cute (they always had a smile). i appreciated their willingness to accommodate breakfast requests.

the hotel's location allowed for easy access to many destinations. lakisha at the front desk gave helpful suggestions. the manager surprised us with a welcome gift in our room as well.
the room temperature was difficult to adjust as it only had cooler or warmer settings.

i really appreciated the hotel staff. valerie and antonio was very helpful. the hotel offered a central location. temple bar was across the bridge.
the hotel room was on the second floor and had an uninspiring view of a flat roof. i considered the room to be a prime target for burglars. the lighting was poor.

check-in was smooth. the room was very clean. i appreciated that it was quiet at night, despite the central location. the bed was comfortable.

easy transportation room upgrade warm welcome extra mile
the hotel is very close to public transportation was nice, though). lakisha at reception gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. she upgraded our room, and we were surprised with a chocolate cake and irish chocolates in the room. the staff went the extra mile to.
I found the light switches difficult to locate. They weren't always near the lights.
