The rooms were clean. the hotel provided an excellent bar. i found the staff very friendly. the location allowed for some convenient shopping. I took full advantage. i was grateful for the overall experience.
i did experience some slowness with service during a family function in the bar. we waited longer than expected for both food and drinks, a small inconvenience.

the receptionist shrugged her shoulders when we asked about a good will gesture, it fell on deaf ears.

The room had a functional television, and you can cast your phone to it for shows.
I found the service in the bar shockingly slow. It took 40 minutes to place a dinner order. The server seemed completely lost and lacked a notebook. One starter never looked, and later, incorrect main courses arrived repeatedly. It took nearly two hours to get all the meals sorted, and even then, the hotel wanted me to pay to mail back a lost item.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions and provided prompt service. The food was AMAZING!!! I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had a wide variety of options. I found the on-site parking very convenient. This made coming and going simple.
