ausra was particularly attentive during our son's christening , ensuring everything went smoothly. she addressed all our needs promptly and efficiently , a demonstration of great service. the hotel offers a great setting and excellent views of the castle.
i noticed the bar closes relatively early , around 11:20 pm , with little advance notice given for last orders.

our wedding day reminded me of a dream i will never forget. every staff member was so helpful from the very start of our planning. lauren, siobhan, and geraldine offered such wonderful support to us! the hotel made the organisation process easy and removed lots of wedding stress.
it would have been perfect, though parking in the car park was expensive, i felt.

A Decent Hotel Experience

My room, a Beautiful Double Room, offered a view of the castle. The room included coffee making facilities and an iron with an ironing board. The bathroom had many towels, and the shower provided a hot, strong stream.
The reception staff provided no information about the hotel upon arrival. When I asked about breakfast time, the information was incorrect. Breakfast was mediocre overall. It could have been better.
