loud noisesinconsistent service
the room i booked, a beautiful king room, faced an alley. loud noises at night really bothered me. the minibar was also not refilled daily. i had to call several times for water. the turn-down service was inconsistent (sometimes it happened, sometimes it didn't).

the staff was accommodating, even arranging for our afternoon tea in the ruby room. our room featured a spacious layout and a super comfortable bed. i enjoyed excellent cocktails at the dylan bar (the bartenders are skilled!). i found the location convenient for walking to various points of interest.
