the bar service was notably slow, despite few patrons present. it took more than ten minutes to get a drink. i do not consider this acceptable.

The location was great for exploring. I could walk to many tourist spots. Grafton street shopping and trinity college were close. Zampas restaurant served a wonderful breakfast and dinner. The shower had dual spray heads and good water pressure.

The staff's attitude during check-in WAS disappointing. The person who checked us in was disengaged and impersonal, with little willingness to help.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful . Adam at the front desk offered excellent restaurant recommendations. Every place he suggested was great. This assistance. Overall the staff was very attentive.

the location of this hotel is hard to beat (right in the heart of everything). the staff were cute and informative when i arrived. the room was modern, cosy, and quiet .

the open concept of the washroom design was uncomfortable. the shower and toilet both have frosted glass doors, so sounds carry into the room. the sink is also part of the open room, separated only by a round mirror.

the location was really convenient , it was also very quiet. the room was modern , with good layout. the tv had a choice of streaming from my phone.

i booked an executive king room. i was given a room with very little natural light , it faced a wall. the mirror light in the bathroom did not work , even after i reported it.

The location was quite central, but the noise at night was a problem. I could hear street traffic and noise late into the night. The windows did little to block it. the room service menu was quite limited. I wished for more variety. It seemed a bit basic for a hotel of this supposed standard.
