My room was super clean and cozy. The hotel features a pool with floats and beach balls available . The breakfast buffet offered many choices including pancakes, cereal, and a hot counter with breakfast meats.

The reception staff were very helpful at check-in. The room was very comfy and tidy. I enjoyed the evening meal (the breakfast was also very good!). The function I attended was fantastic from start to finish.

The hotel is close to Belfast city centre. Amenities in Dundonald are nearby too. The countryside location is quite nice. It is quiet, relaxing, and accessible.

The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was lots to do for the kids. Santa and the winter wonderland were amazing. There is also a well-equipped gym and pool.

Excellent Stay for Wedding Anniversary

The reception staff provided great assistance. They were always ready to help with my tour group (I was with a group of friends celebrating my wedding anniversary). The country club staff around the pool area were also very helpful. I also had a decent size bath in my room, very relaxing.
I found the food to be overpriced. The service was quite slow and basic items such as salt and pepper were not readily available on the table. The hotel seemed dated.
