superb staff and comfortable rooms

super clean room helpful staff fresh sandwiches

i found the room to be enormous and super clean. the staff were superb and very helpful. i was offered sandwiches with crisps and coleslaw after i arrived late.

the hotel carpark was shared, i had to park away from the hotel.

The hotel is situated in a nice area. i found it a perfect quiet location, after a beer festival. Though i had to park away from the hotel because of a football game.

the rooms are large and modern. a nespresso coffee machine was available in the room. soft towels were provided! and i found a dab radio to be a nice touch.

The staff were friendly and efficient. they were also courteous. I was offered menu recommendations. i think they provided excellent service. I spoke to the manager to compliment them.

I appreciated how quiet my room was, it added so much to the peace of my stay. the availability of tea and coffee facilities directly in the room was very convenient. I felt at home.

Really good Hotel Stay

I appreciated the large room. It felt modern. A coffee machine was in the room. The full Scottish breakfast provided superb quality. It was good. The hotel had a large car park right in front.

The hotel did not replenish the milk daily! The biscuits were also missing. The room maintenance could improve because there were some rips in the carpet.

I found the staff very friendly. They were also very helpful. I enjoyed the food. The bar was good too.

I was not told that the car park was shared. It was shared with a football club. I had to park further away. I had to walk with my bags.

large car park friendly welcome coffee facilities

the large car park was adjacent the hotel. the welcome felt friendly after my drive. my room was very clean, it had tea, coffee facilities, a shower, robe, slippers, a hairdryer, and an iron with its board.

the buffet part of breakfast felt slightly limited.
