fantastic hotel stay

the hotel offered superb leisure facilities and a spa. the room was a large, comfortable king guest room. i found complimentary drink and biscuit options in the room that was awesome. reception and leisure club staff displayed professional and friendly attitudes.

the room had only bedside lamps, quite dark because there was no ceiling light, a minor inconvenience.

Restaurant staff were very attentive, and the reception was lovely. Check-in was easy. the restaurant manager was helpful, friendly, and attentive to all requests. i felt welcome.

some issues with my stay

peaceful locationlimited fruit selectioncroissant quality

the location was peaceful and met my needs for a quiet trip.

The breakfast was disappointing . The croissants were not flakey ones. the fresh fruit selection was very limited , and the coffee machine turned off exactly at 10:00 am.

The pillows were comfortable, resulting in a good night's sleep.

The bathroom had cracked tiles on the floor and shower wall. Paint was peeling off the wall, and the window area looked unfinished with potential dampness. Housekeeping seemed inadequate, with sweets, papers under the bed, and stains on tables. Spiders and cobwebs were also present.
