The staff provided excellent service. The rooms were very clean and the beds were VERY comfortable.

Loud noises persisted throughout the night. The air conditioning was not functional, so I had to open the window.

Underwhelming Experience, Issues with Room and Noise

missing windowearly hoovering

The room I was assigned lacked a window, feel quite claustrophobic. To make matters worse, the room was located across the road from the main building. The noise levels were unacceptable, with loud music continuing late into the night and staff vacuuming early in the morning (around 9 AM or 10 AM!).

An Ideal Wedding Experience

Our wedding on November 15, 2025, in the Pinewood Suite was PERFECT. Rachel, our coordinator, made planning easy and always answered emails quickly. Guests still comment on the lovely staff and delicious food. Dietary needs were handled perfectly for everyone. The secret garden offered sheltered areas for beautiful photos, even during a storm.
