friendly staff comfy bed
My birthday celebration with family went smoothly. The staff was friendly, and the room was upgraded to a king. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely.

The staff was cheerful and helpful . I even received an upgraded room upon arrival, a nice surprise! The bed was SO comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The included breakfast offered a lovely cooked option and a wide variety of other choices.
The room decor felt a little basic.

i found the room large and clean. tea and coffee making facilities were also available. the hotel offers free car parking, this is a bonus.
the room door was tough to open, it caught on the carpet.

lack of air conditioning uncomfortable stay
the location was acceptable with a bus stop located conveniently outside the front door.
a fan was provided, but it was insufficient to combat the heat. i found this quite disappointing given the price paid.
