superb stay, was really nice

clean room historic details friendly staff drink selection

i enjoyed the very clean room with its great historic details. the staff were helpful and friendly. the bar had a great selection of drinks! it was like a silver-edged home. i especially liked the super clean rooms and friendly staff.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I heard a shower running in the next room.

Check-in was simple. A staff member showed me to my room. The room was a lovely size. Complimentary bottled water was available.

I found the walls THIN. I could hear sounds from adjacent rooms.

poor handling heavy door

the food allergy handling was poor . however, upon arrival, staff seemed unaware and initially offered only cow's milk. the breakfast lacked non-dairy options and allergen information, though one staff member did try to help by reading ingredients from a tin. also, the bathroom door was heavy and activated the light and fan with a delayed shutoff.
