helpful staff english breakfast noisy bedroom bathtub hairs

The staff showed me where the car park was. I also got instructions on how to use my room key to let myself in because I was returning late from a performance. The full english breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The bedroom was quite noisy at times. I could hear people in the pub talking and sometimes shouting downstairs. I also noticed some hairs in the bathtub when I got to the room.

helpful staff warm room clean bedding delicious breakfast

The staff were so cute, they pointed me to the car park right away and were really helpful with my luggage! my room had crisp, clean bedding and it felt so warm and cosy. I was able to adjust the radiators to my liking. i also loved the fresh, white towels and the delicious breakfast, i had beans and egg on toast! i will come back for sure.

I noticed a very small desk area in my room. It hosted the tea and coffee tray, and it only had one old dining chair so it wasn't great to work there.

Breakfast offered a great selection including a full english, with options such as beans and egg on toast and scrambled eggs, served alongside cereals and fruit juice. the staff were attentive. They made sure i had everything i needed.

The rooms have unusual features like a castle in the bedrooms! the building is quite traditional and has a pub. I really liked it.

the breakfast was freshly prepared, including delicious brown toast. my room had lovely decoration. the soft bed linen and large bath towels added a touch of luxury to my stay.

The parking situation was a bit unclear upon arrival. Better signage could help clarify the designated areas

fantastic stay and really good service

friendly staff delicious breakfast really good value

the staff were so cute and friendly making it a real joy. my breakfast choice was really delicious and i'd come back again without hesitation. the value was really good too making the stay even better

the water pressure in the shower was a little low so it was difficult to wash my hair but it wasn't a big issue really
