Really good Stay Experience
friendly staff cosy interior bright bathroom
The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had attractive cosy interiors. A large bright bathroom complemented the well-appointed twin room. I enjoyed the best steak and ale pie I have ever eaten, along with tasty starters and desserts.
The coffee was cold during breakfast , with no refill offered. I received two slices of toast. jam already on the plate. There was also no offer of any condiments with cooked breakfast.

The breakfast choice offered a really good selection. I was able to get a very good real ale and a very good cocktail in the bar. The food and drink were available and very good.

cute staff convenient location free parking thin mattress street noise tap water
The staff was so cute! their kindness added a special touch to my stay. i found the location really convenient. it was easy to explore local shops and attractions. free parking was available. It made everything simpler upon arrival.
The bed's thin mattress wasn't ideal. I felt the boards beneath. street noise disturbed sleep early each morning. There wasn't enough soundproofing. a reusable bottle of tap water seemed like a cheap detail. It did not feel luxurious.

The king suite provided ample space and comfort it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the furnishings looked new and well kept i noticed a modern coffee machine with a selection of pods in the room the hotel car park had considerable space. Parking was never a concern for me. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast it offered several choices i found fresh ingredients were used. the staff were affable and very accommodating to any request i had.
I noticed the soundproofing could perhaps be improved i could faintly hear street noise during peak hours. However it was a very minor disturbance.

The hotel restaurant provided varied options on the menu i observed many guests enjoying their meals each evening i chose fresh fish. It was cooked to perfection, with fresh vegetables as an accompaniment. the breakfast selection was extensive. It included both hot and cold options.

Staff at reception were very attentive i saw them helping guests with directions and luggage handling. the restaurant staff were diligent in attending to diners i never waited long for service. i found that the hotel staff was responsive to questions. This.
