the management was helpful with providing electrical adapters when i realized i did not have the correct ones. they only asked that i return them at check out, which i found quite accommodating. the front desk staff were helpful and friendly consistently. the market located just steps away offered convenient access to various necessities.
during my stay, i found a blocked shower drain causing water to overflow and flood the room. when i reported this to the reception, i was told that there was nothing they could do. this lack of assistance and resolution was disappointing and disrupted my stay.

i gotta say, the location rocked because everything was just steps away and reachable on foot. the rooms are solid and the hotel's got a nice vibe too. the rooftop terrace? awesome spot for drinks and snacks, such a treat!
the air conditioning didn't work properly, so we asked for an extra heater.
