a magical stay!

good scene accommodating staff friendly staff
We wanted a good change of scene and could bring our two dogs. this stay ticked all the boxes and we will recommend it! we stayed in a lovely classic double room. the staff were so accommodating and friendly. I felt welcomed.
the bar noise was slightly audible, even with the windows closed, but this wasn't a significant issue.

friendly staff great gift box comfy room
i really liked how the staff was friendly and helpful during my anniversary stay. i received a great gift box for my dog, she loved the toy. i also really enjoyed the sunday roast dinner and relaxed in my comfy room with a great bubble bath.

the room, a 'classic double room', presented unique decor. i found the bed to be very soft. the food in the restaurant was also quite good.
my room had no windows, and it felt a bit small. i also struggled to sit comfortably in the bathroom. the queue for the toaster at breakfast was long.

I found the decor to be random and wonderful. Every staff member had a smile, demonstrating excellent management. Our room resembled a hobbit house with murals. The enclosed patio included a log burner and spa bath. I especially loved the dedication to recycling and eco-friendliness.

the staff were friendly and cute upon arrival.
The noise from the road kept me up. Lorries and vans sped past all night! i mentioned this at checkout only to be told 'that's the nature of the beast isn't it?
