delicious breakfast various options small room narrow bed
the breakfast had lots of options and was delicious.
I found the classic rooms quite small. The website showed different rooms than what i encountered. the bed was barely 1 meters wide, not sufficient for two people.

helpful staff ample parking limited selection cheap wine
the staff were very helpful and friendly. asha on reception was particularly helpful. the setting was excellent and the parking was good.
i stayed during a new year's eve event and it seemed like the hotel was cutting corners. there was a limited selection of white wine (we pre-ordered sauvignon blanc, but got a cheap french wine).

a perfect stay

polite staff lovely room
the staff were so polite. the room was lovely and the food was too. ayesha checked me in, and i had a wonderful conversation about the history of the building and grounds. she gave me advice about the local area.
The classic rooms are small. the website shows very different rooms than reality. the bed is barely 1 meters wide. It is insufficient for two people.

the restaurant was amazing!!! the food was out of this world good and catered for coeliacs. they even had gluten-free croissants at breakfast, and they were superb!!!

amazing staff thoughtful touches excellent setting
the staff were amazing and were really nice too ensure all guests were well looked after. the personal touches were thoughtful! the hotel setting and the gardens were excellent and the food was superb.
