the room included a kettle and tea area this was very convenient the bathroom was spacious it also featured lovely body wash i found the shower pressure excellent too
noise from aircraft taking off occurred i know it is close to the airport however the soundproofing seemed non-existent

i appreciated that the staff made us a pack-up because we had an early flight. the location is fabulous for anyone wanting to stay near gatwick. the room faced the front, so i could see the planes taking off, awesome. the rooms were lovely too!
the tv signal was not perfect, but the wifi worked very well!

the room was spacious it was a superior quadruple room. the staff was helpful with directions. the breakfast included fruit juice and coffee.
the fridge in the room did not work well. there was noticeable aircraft noise at times. the walls seemed thin i heard conversations from other rooms.
