mixed feelings about my stay
dismissive staffslow breakfast
i felt really uncomfortable because of an issue with a tradesperson needing access to my room. the receptionist told me this person would need to enter my room for pat testing. they couldn't give me a specific time frame, so i felt uneasy. the next morning, i politely asked if the testing could wait until after i checked out, but the staff member was dismissive. breakfast was also a problem because the service was really slow even though the hotel wasn't that busy. the staff messed around and shared personal stories really loudly.

the location was convenient to local transport. the staff was friendly . the room had a small kitchenette with necessary amenities.
my room was near the basement, and it had an unpleasant smell. the lighting in the room was dim, it was difficult for make up. the toilet paper holder was loose, it kept falling.

i had a very nice studio and it had a well-equipped kitchen. i found new pots and pans. there was even an ironing board and i liked that. the staff were very friendly, and check-in and check-out went quick.
i have to say, the tube station was a bit further than i would of liked it.

The staff proved friendly and helpful. I liked the room very much. The room felt homely with eco friendly products. The location is great and the great kitchen contained everything I needed.
The ecological focus means there is no minimum daily cleaning policy. The floor wasn't cleaned .

Breakfast was good, and coffee was great in the restaurant! There is a bar for cocktails open in the evening. Laundry is available for customers to use. This is a very helpful service.
