the staff was very friendly. the rooms were amazing and the location is a short walk from the beach.
the rooftop terrace was not 5 star. the terrace was too small for the amount of guests. guests were allowed entry before the 10am opening to reserve beds, a mistake. the rooftop is shared with a noisy restaurant open to the public.

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. the pool was kept spotlessly clean. sun loungers with towels were provided. a fabulous japanese restaurant was on the rooftop terrace.
all inclusive is limited to three drinks per person only at lunch and dinner. the area is quite tacky and rowdy with lots of stag parties. there are many noisy bars. it is not my holiday wants anymore.

i enjoyed the room size. the room had a comfortable bed. housekeeping changed the beds daily. the chamber maids put flowers into the room almost daily. the staff checked to make sure you had everything wanted. the bar staff always met you with a smile.
the opening hours of both the outdoor pool and the spa were limited, both closing at 7pm.

the junior suite includes a super comfortable bed. it also features a sea view. usb charging points were not present in the room. the room was nicely appointed.

the hotel is near the beach. the surrounding area has many young tourists. there are many clubs nearby. the hotel is located a short distance from palma, accessible by taxi or bus.

the breakfast selection includes cooked-to-order eggs. coffee and tea are of really good quality. the rooftop restaurant offers good food, though it can be expensive. an exclusive breakfast area serves star prestige guests.

The breakfast was excellent. It had a wide variety of options. The coffee and tea were of very good quality. The hotel design was modern and stylish. It was also well kept.
The outdoor pool had limited opening hours. It closed at 7pm when the sun was still out. The area could get noisy at night. German groups were quite rowdy there.
