Acceptable experience, yet with some downsides

kettle comfort tray location slow check-in small room dirty pool

The room had a kettle. A comfort tray was available in the room. I found the room to be clean. The hotel location is superb. The views are fine.

The receptionist took forever with the check in process. They gave us keys and told us our rooms were on the second floor. My room were small. I had booked premium rooms. The children's pool and hot tubs weren't cleaned enough.

Location is fantastic, steps from the beach. I enjoyed the food choices at the buffet, with chefs cooking each evening. A quiet week, I appreciate. Staff are friendlier and always helpful.

The beach location is great.

The evening buffet was disappointing , offering limited variety and often lukewarm food. The meat quality was also questionable , and finding appealing options was a challenge. I expected better for the price paid.
