the staff was friendly. the hotel is aesthetically pleasing! i took plenty of photos. there were shows and performances for the children so it gave parents a break.

The food was disappointing with very little choice and rotation of dishes. If you like beige food this is the place for you. the dishes were mislabeled. The labels never actually changed while we were there so may cause issues for people with allergies. surprisingly they had no butter or marge for 3 of the 4 days we stayed, so dry bread and ultra processed bacon was the joy we had.

A Wonderful Family Getaway!

The staff were amazing and helpful. Our room was always super clean, thanks to the dedicated cleaners. I really enjoyed the delicious food. A good variety was always available. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool. I never struggled to find one.

The air conditioning could have been a little more powerful. I would have liked it cooler.
