the hotel location is next to magaluf. the animation team was fantastic, providing games, sports, and dance. debora, in particular, made the activities enjoyable for us. meals and drinks were delicious with great variety. the pools were clean and the water felt warm.

the restaurant offered various options with fresh bread and rolls. breakfast had standard fare like eggs and bacon. lunch and dinner did not offer coffee or tea from the machine, and cups were covered, unusual.

the food selection wasn't massive , but there was enough for everyone. i was happy paella was always serving. the gym is actually pretty decent , but they need a few more attachments for the cables.

the sunbeds around the pool are BAD , you don't have space to lie down. you are forced to go to the beach , and pay euros. the towels in the rooms are not changed by the cleaners , and i found ants roaming around.

i loved the hotel's great location near the beach! the multiple pools provided lots of options for swimming and relaxation. activities for both kids and adults ensured everyone had a good time, and the food was very tasty! i think i will book again.

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. reps were always smiling and created a cute atmosphere. organization at hotel departure was efficient. they allowed us to stay until our 6:00 p.m. flight, even eating in the restaurant.

The hotel has its own fine beach where i swam. it is close to a town with restaurants and bars. a taxi to the nearest town cost eight euro. This made travel easy. i liked the cove on the beach and the views!

We were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival. It was super clean. the rooms were clean and tidy. I really appreciated this. the hotel layout is a bit strange though it is beautiful. it overlooks a great little narrow beach.
