slow drainrepetitive buffet
The shower drain was really slow, the water nearly overflowed. It wasn't pleasant. The buffet lacked variety and it was repetitive, even though they tried. It took them a long time to replace both food and glasses. I expected more effort from a hotel like this. It was disappointing.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and they promptly resolved two issues in my room. The location was excellent, and the food options provided great value for the money I will visit again soon. I enjoyed the fresh choices available.
Ants were present everywhere in my room upon arrival. I requested a room change, but was informed none were available. Ground floor rooms may have a similar issue, so I suggest avoiding them if possible.

The rooms were nice and modern, equipped with two showers, two toilets, and two sinks. Two large comfortable beds, a sofa bed, and two balconies, including a long corner balcony, were present. With two adults and two children, there was sufficient space.

There are three pools, two main pools and a third pool suitable for small children. One could always find a sunbed near the smaller pool and a bar was located there.

The hotel's location provided easy access to a nearby beach, about a 5-minute walk away, including a gentle hill on the way back. The bus stop is 200 meters away, offering routes in all directions, and a taxi is available within minutes.

The staff at the hotel were very polite and nice. English was not a problem. They took their time to answer all questions. The receptionists were friendly and informative. Happy to answer questions.

helpful stafffood variety
I enjoyed the helpful staff. They offered GREAT advice about local spots. The food VARIETY was also excellent (especially the paella!), with many options available at each meal.
The evening bar service occasionally had queues because only one person worked behind the bar.

The room was super clean, it was cleaned daily. I found the food to be varied. There was a wide selection. I enjoyed the fish and pork, though I would have liked more chicken (but it was still tasty!). The staff were always polite and helpful. They offered advice on places to visit around the island. The location was great for exploring as I enjoy walking a LOT.
The bar area could be cleaner. Tables often had remnants from the previous night's drinks. I seemed like the seating area was worn with some broken furniture.

The breakfast selection WAS amazing. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries (the croissants were divine!). the rooms were cleaned daily. They were super clean.
