the hotel was modern and clean. i found the location convenient to nearby attractions. i also enjoyed the varied food options available for all inclusive guests. breakfast had a great variety.

The evening entertainment was limited. i felt the main pool was often crowded and noisy! the gym lacked sufficient equipment for the number of guests. There was only one bench

the location was acceptable. it was not too far from attractions yet far enough from the noise.

the butler service were not good. every time i asked for something, it takes hours to get a response. one time, i asked for towels and coffee, but i didn't receive it. it's unacceptable considering the hotel promoted luxury service.

the staff were friendly. the hotel was very clean and beautiful. views were great and the pool was big. the food was excellent (i especially loved the variety at the buffet).

i found the bar a bit understaffed in the evenings. wait times for drinks were longer than i preferred. some cocktails were not up to par.

WOW, I was treated like royalty! The staff were SO friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It had the BEST selection I've ever seen. They gave me a free upgrade when I arrived! I can't wait to go back next year. The team butler, team lobby bar, and team Gaucho were excellent.

The hallways were a bit untidy. I noticed plates, glasses, and trays were sometimes left out for a few days.
